Biography of Wim van Slooten

Begin jaren 90 had Wim van Slooten de keus om editor te worden bij een vooraanstaand Londens postbedrijf, of zelf te gaan regisseren. Samen met producer Anton Scholten begon Wim: 25fps. Wims kennis van postproductie werd gekoppeld aan zijn vermogen mensen te regisseren. Met die kwaliteit heeft Wim commercials geregisseerd voor o.a.: McDonalds, Aegon, NorthWest Airlines, Olympisch Stadion, VSM, Staatsloterij, Nissan, Mars en Nike. Buiten Nederland heeft Wim ook commercials geregisseerd in: België, Frankrijk, Duitsland en Italië. Diverse prijzen werden zijn deel, waaronder Cannes nominaties, Eurobest en een Lamp. Wim van Slooten had a choice: to become an editor at a London postoffice company or directing. Together with Anton Scholten he founded 25fps. Wim his knowledge of postproduction and his ability of directing people were combined. With that quality Wim directed commercials for McDonalds, Aegon, NorthWest Airlines, Olympisch Stadion, VSM, Staatsloterij, Nissan, Mars en Nike. Outside The Netherlands Wim directed in Belgium, France, Germany and Italy. He won several prices like Eurobest, a lamp and Cannes nominations.
